This definitely feels like a franchise of the Radisson and a world away from the hotels I’ve seen in the Middle East or Europe. The breakfast is one of the few reprieves here. A lot of the hotel is natty and in many places including the rooms themselves, in need of care and maintenance.

Overall the stay was disappointing. The buildings are all much older and poorly maintained than the main lobby building. Of the two people we spoke two at the front desk, one was fine and the other rude without reason.

We were suppose to stay 2 nights we stayed there only because we got there around 12:30 am. The carpet was so dirty and it smelled like smoke, I couldn't even sleep because the smell was so bad. We also were trying to relax around 2 am the fire alarm went off and everyone evacuated. We were outside for 20 minutes and no one came out to tell us that it was safe to go back in. We only went in because the people started to go in and the alarm sound went away and the lights flashing were still on. I am just trying to get my refund for the 2nd night but it is so hard to talk to a real person. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since Friday and it keeps telling me that there are too many people waiting.
