The Source Hotel

The market hall is a great option for dining at anytime. The hotel was really nice since it's pretty new, but for the price and location, wasn't fantastic. In the room, our complimentary water bottles were used/drank, someone came into our room without knocking (we checked in early, maybe they did not realize) to provide us with a bottle of wine, but it was weird... Parking was expensive and I believe should have been free for what we were paying - we stayed one night, if you're staying for multiple nights it's going to be very expensive to park. So much construction - I used to live in RiNo years ago and it seems like the construction will never stop so it kind of ruins the atmosphere. The hotel also did not provide our breakfast card to The Woods restaurant so we were waiting 45 minutes (almost time to leave for our flight) and I just couldn't get a hold of them. The phones did not ring to reception, no restaurant... I had to call from my cell phone to an outside number (not the one listed in room) to get a hold of someone. I will say The Woods got our meal fast - and the guy there was very nice. The last thing that was odd was the bathroom had a big window in it. The issue is it shines right on one of the beds so if it's the nighttime, you're waking everyone up in the room with a super bright light. Seems unnecessary to have it, design flaw in my opinion.

They make you put a 250 dollar deposit down but I never got any of it back so what was supposed to be a 187 dollar room turned into a almost 500 dollar room and the rooms look like prison cells

Very fun modern hotel with lots of dining options in and around the property. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Ours had a spectacular view of the Rockies. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Source for your stay!

Stayed there for a concert at Mission Ballroom less than a mile away. A few places to eat on site, but nothing but bbq without advance reservations, so plan ahead. Room service is supposedly available but no information in the room and front desk didn’t answer our calls.

Waaay overpriced. Parking is $24/day on top of the overpriced rooms. Won’t be staying here again

Great neighborhood with access to shops and restaurants. Great view from the rooftop restaurant!

Nice vibey / contemporary hotel but the staff seemed a little burned out / not cheerful like you would expect from a hotel that charges upscale prices.

Super cool and very instagrammable hotel. My room had a garage door window! I liked the food hall and the latte there was one of the best. The hall also had really nice places to sit and work-- something my room didn't really have. Hotel wasn't cheap and yet there were charges left and right-- $25 service charge, $25/night to park in the garage, $6 to make myself a cup of coffee in my room, etc. My room looked right at a parking garage with very bright lights all night long. The hotel had really nice plants.

The staff was incredible. They were so friendly and eager to help. The overall decor was so cool and gave off this amazing industrial artistic ambiance. The hot tub and the pool on the roof top had an amazing views of the site. It was a really magical experience. Although i would have turned the hot tub down a few degree. Before you make your way to the hot tub get a drink at the bar. Amazing food, Amazing drinks and amazing service. The rooms have a perfect set up with. I got a mountain view room. Cozy and quiet. Only things I notice but didn't but did affect my stay. The elevator is laggy and you have to swipe your key card a few times before the get to your floor. The doors are heavy so make sure you softly close them our the doors will loud slam shut. Last thing is the shades for the windows got jammed all the time. Thats really the only thing i found to really be annoying. Overall , this place is amazing and if you are out of town or just going there for a fun weekend. This is the place to stay hands down and with all the food options in the market you really dont need to leave the hotel if your don't want it has everything.
