My car was smashed downstairs and all my luggage was stolen. I guess it’s Lao Mo or Lao Hei. I’m really xxxxxxx. No one cares about the police. I lost tens of thousands of clothes. I will never live at the airport anymore. I’m really a Buddha.

I stayed at this hotel yesterday and the room they give me smell horrible. I couldn't focus since the smell was so bad.

Shuttle issues! with Call on request.
After a long day of travel, all your customers want is to make it to hotel in a reasonable time. I waited 40 min for a shuttle after 8 pm. I was told to hurry up it would arrive in 8-12 min. I call back 15 min later. Phone rings and goes dead. 5 more times of calling / ringing til goes dead with beeps. Finally someone answers and says 8 minutes. It finally showed!
Easy fix - Consolidate your shuttle service with another of the 20 hotels within 3 min of each other.
The morning shuttle worked w scheduling on the hour. I went to airport 1 hour early in mornin because I didn’t trust shuttle and would have time to call uber. I’m more annoyed because I had read all the nice reviews, proximity to airport and shuttle service. I will not be staying again as I saw other hotel shuttle arriving every 10-15 min

It's a quiet hotel. Check in was easy. Best perk for me, was price, location near airport and the shuttle. Will be staying here anytime I have an early flight.

Pretty hotel but our room was on the first floor. We could hear people, noises from a vending machine or something similar, and the elevator. Luckily there was an A/C unit in our room to drown out some of the noise but next time I'd ask to stay on another floor. Also our shower didn't drain well. The toilet paper smelled like gasoline too.
