Renaissance Denver Hotel & Conference Center Reviews

The check in was okay but the billing was a pain. They overcharged me and refund me back. I had to make sure they do that with two different staff. Decent hotel but not that great of service.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms. I didn’t notice the traffic on the street below but some of our traveling companions noted that the noise kept them awake.

Staff was okay — some were a little snippy. We asked if they had a cot and the lady looked at us like we were dumb. The rooms were okay. This was our 3rd time to stay and just over all our least favorite experiences.

Amazing hotel. Central Park in Denver is a very nice location, close to Downtown but also far from the crowd.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay. Check in was super easy and amenities were great! The restaurant and bar are very nice too!

The hotel is not far from the airport, but it is not convenient to eat around. The breakfast is simple and there are not many set meals to choose from. The room is relatively large and the bathroom is spacious. The bed is soft and hard, and the balcony is also large, but it is a bit noisy next to the road.

The environment is very good, the parking fee is $19

No one came to clean the room for a few days. I had to check out on the last day and ran to housekeeping early in the morning. The service was so poor that it exploded
