The front entrance was hard to locate. When i called the hotel to get specific directions, the hotel rep acted annoyed that she had to explain where we needed to go for check in. We weren’t the only ones who had a hard time, there was a group of kids arriving in a bus who couldn’t find the entrance either. So annoying.

Horrible customer service The customer service has turned out to be horrible. There was a mix up in the dates for the reservation. It was off by one day and needed to be modified. I did not cancel my stay a modification was made for the dates. So I am being charged $369.24 cancellation for the stay even though I didn’t cancel. I was advised the modification could be made when I called and would not be charged a cancelation fee. I am at a complete loss, there is zero understanding, empathy for the situation.

It was very clean, it had a lot of areas for seating in the lobby, which was great as we were there for a dance competition. There were also a lot of great options for food in the hotel and nearby.
