Great hotel nice design. Pretty impressive.

Service was not above and beyond like other hotel conceirege. Servers upstairs felt a little rude like I was imposing trying to make a reservation. Felt stuffy

Very unique property made from reclaimed/recycled material. The building is a piece of Art. Sounds of Birds outside and in the elevators. Staff was amazing and very friendly. I will be back

I can't say enough positives about the Populus. Every staff member was kind, helpful and went above and beyond from valet parking and the front desk to the housekeeping team and restaurant staff. The room was impeccably clean, the skincare products were fabulous, the hotel design and even the smell were wonderful. Both restaurants had delicious food and great ambiance with plenty of choices. I will definitely stay again.

Such a unique hotel both from architectural standpoint but also due to being environmentally friendly. The rooms are fantastic and cozy. Both restaurants were superb. Staff were amazing. I’ll be back.

The hotel should be open about the real costs , because there are many extra charges that nobody tells you until you arrive and the cost almost duplicates with the extra charges, just some clarity would be fine

Beautiful hotel!! Staff was amazing! We had a large group staying there, and they were super accommodating! Only thing I didn’t like was how small the rooms were!!

Loved everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and warm, the baristas knocking it out of the park with my first caffeine hit of the day. The room was exactly what I needed in my life. The aesthetic is spot on. They really thought of everything. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! Can't advocate enough.
