Airport Lay over

BEWARE Prior to making the reservation I called the property manager to inform him that my plane would be landing at 10:30 and that I would miss his 11 pm check in time. He informed me that as long as I use *********** to make the reservation I would be accommodated. I made the reservation and my special request was approved. When I landed for my connecting flight I was informed that there were weather delays and that I would not land in Denver until 11:45. I called a number of times to inform the host that I would be in later and for extra assurance I sent an email. When I arrived to the property around 12:30 (30 minutes past the agreed upon time) I was greeted by four people standing outside not able to check into their rooms. I tried calling the host and *********** for two hours before *********** told me that there was nothing I could do and that I had to buy a new room somewhere else and that they would send a request for a full refund. The next morning I received an email from *********** stating that I was a no-show and that I would not receive the full refund. I have been trying to contact the hotel manager for three hours this morning and he has been ignoring my calls. DO NOT use this property.
