Upon arrival I was greeted by a courteous and professional front desk team member who checked me in quickly and answered all my questions. He helped schedule my shuttle to the airport and the shuttle arrived and departed on time. Great experience!

We stayed at 3 Hampton Inns during our recent trip to the Midwest US. This one landed at the bottom of the list for a number of reasons: The dining area is quite small in relation to the size of the hotel, making it difficult to find a table. In addition, the breakfast offerings were not as varied as the other hotels. Both elevators were slow and one was inoperable during our stay. The walls are paper thin, resulting in significant noise transfer between rooms which is quite frustrating at 230am. Lastly, although I called the hotel the week before arrival to request an early check in, when we arrived at approximately 830am I was advised in no uncertain terms by the front desk staff member that this could not be accommodated as the hotel was at full capacity. I indicated that I would be willing to take a smaller/less expensive room type should one become available earlier in the day. After waiting in the lobby for almost three hours, a party of three arrived and were immediately offered an early check-in. After this group left the front desk, I approached both employees and politely pointed out what I’d just witnessed and that I’d been patiently waiting for a room. They said that they would check and see and see if another room was available. After returning to my seat in the lobby, I clearly heard these individuals talking about my complaint, but I pretended to ignore them and within 10 minutes a room (similar to one I’d booked) became available. I realize that dealing with the public is difficult at times, but behaviour such as this is unprofessional. I’ll choose to stay elsewhere in Denver should I return.
Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center

Decided to use some Hilton Honor points today visit the kids in Denver and stumbled across this three story Hampton in the midst of the Denver Tech Center. Generally, the hotels in the Tech Center are starting to add hidden fees such as parking; we visit here often and they are beginning to find more ways to nickel and dime you in this area. This place starts you off with waters and cookies and great front desk people. Our first room had a small problem (the smoke detector chirped every few minutes), and we were immediately upgraded to a beautiful suite. No, the hotel is not the most beautiful we have ever stayed in, but the decor is modern, clean and up to date. We didn’t eat breakfast here as there is a Snooze Restaurant just a block away (we love them!). The pool was super clean and not crowded. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

I recently had a one night stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and how friendly the staff and front desk person Quasim (I'm sure I butchered the spelling) was. The bed was perfect, but the pillows were just a little soft for my liking. I must say that the best part of the whole stay was the shuttle driver Richard!! I had a great time chatting with him and found him to be extremely friendly!!! As a Diamond Member, I stay exclusively at Hilton Hotels, and I have found the quality has gone down hill....NOT here!!
Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Speer Boulevard

What a great value hotel in the heart of Denver CO. Good location, several excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Free breakfast and free parking. Excellent service from the front desk staff (including Susan). The room is well appointed with two lovely queen beds, a 42” Samsung TV, microwave, refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. FYI: Do not leave valuable items in your car, there are many reports of car break-in s in previous reviews--- we made sure nothing was left behind in the car and we were OK. Apparently the old Rodeway Inn has been converted to Homeless and Vagrant housing, which has led to increased crime on Speer Blvd.
