What a wonderful resort. The location is excellent, the grounds are beautiful, the restaurants are fantastic, and the staff is courteous and helpful. My family will certainly be back.

Our reservations were at 7pm and we were not sitted till 7:30. Nice atmosphere and the services was great. However, I was dissapointed in the food. I had the grilled sirloin steak. The steak was cooked to perfection, but the vegetables on the plate were a miss. Creamed spinich wasn't creamy and just stuck under everything else. Potatoes were horrible and carrots and summer squash were non descript. I love creme brulee but shouldn't have ordered pumpkin creme brulee. Why do restaurants not just serve a classic creme brulee??? The best was my pear martini with rocks on the side. That kept me happy.

Stayed in the Pelham House Suite (room 18) for three nights with family. Room is very spacious, bed was comfortable, and room was clean. The room is described as newly renovated but they neglected to replace the A/C units as part of renovation. The unit in the bedroom was clogged with dust and when it did turn on the mold inside was plainly visible. If you have an issue with mold like I do, do not stay in this room. Otherwise the beach and pool and service were all fantastic overall.

Scheduled a two night stay just to get away. Reserved a water view room. Yes, you could see the water. Stunning. You could also see the root job on the women sitting at the pool in a lounge chair just feet from your window because if you are on the first floor, there is zero privacy. If you sat on the tiny deck, she could probably pass you her drink! I asked for a room on the second room; none were available. There was a lot of noise/partying and door slamming at night. We left the next morning because it just wasn't worth it and not relaxing. PRO: The service at the Rooftop restaurant was very good. The food was very good except for the octopus appetizer. It was tough. PRO: The rooms were clean ad updated. CON: Not worth the price per night. You have other choices. Resort is not quite the right word to describe this hotel. Just leave it at hotel.

This is on the water. Doesnt get any better than that, even on a rainy day. hubbys bday - ordered some treats for our arrival, mishap of not being there, but apology and made it happen asap. music at pool in the evening, nice touch but a little loud and you cant get away from it if you just want to read a book or take an afternoon nap in your room. rooms are lovely, super comfy beds. helpful staff. but be advised no bell hops for luggage and there are stairs to climb depending on which room you get. LOVED the firepits, just wish they were allowed to be on longer than 10pm. thank you to Tajae & Ivy & all the ppl who just greeted us or asked to help us in any way.

Went to dinner at their upscale "roof-top" restaurant. Gracious host and server. Roof itself was closed but had ceiling-mounted space heaters in operation. Wind created a constant rattle in roof panels. Small but ample menu. One dish was fine; the other was so salty as to be almost inedible. Ample parking on site. We recommend you try somewhere else. Dinner for two with tax, tip, dessert and one drink was $158. We recommend you try somewhere else.

We had a great stay. The property and location directly on the beach was exquisite. The fire pits and lounging sofas facing the ocean were really nice. All the restaurants on site from pool side to the roof top were more than excellent. The only downside was that they did not offer any kind of breakfast service despite having several kitchens on site. Even a basic continental type breakfast would have been appropriate. The rooms are spacious and nice, but have no phone or a safe. Cleanliness was average, but could be improved ( furniture was dusty, there was a used contact lens dried up on the bedside table, bathroom had hair from prior customers in shower). The staff were all very friendly and met our request for extra water or coffee whenever we asked. This resort can be transformed from good to spectacular with some minor improvements.
