Super nice and helpful staff Room was tidy and their Turkish bath is free of charge

The breakfast is good

The facilities are clean and nice. The staff were also very friendly. However, the breakfast is a bit poor. The surroundings were noisy. It is located about a 20-minute drive from Pamukkale tourist attractions. It was a pleasure because of the kindness of the staff.

Like the three-star hotels in China, it is located on the edge of the city, but there are no good hotels nearby. The hygiene and bedding are not good, the carpet is dirty, and the decoration is not high-grade. The price is a bit higher, and the breakfast is average.

I had to take a taxi from the bus stop, but it's a 5-minute walk and it's a clean and tidy hotel. The front desk staff are also very friendly.

Good Hotel. Parking can be a little crowded. The area is ok. More industrial/ commercial. Overall the Hotel was great. We will stay again

Nice and clean room and friendly staff. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that it was 85 degrees inside and A.C was disabled. After calling front desk we were told that we can only use heat feature on the unit. Since the hotel is right on a main highway, opening windows is not a good option because of mesquites and noise.

Lovely, quiet hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff; helpful in every way. Delicious dinner! Beautiful and clean hotel. Spacious room with all needed amenities. Feels like home as far as comfort level goes. Bed and pillows are fluffy like clouds. Twenty minutes by cab to Pamkkule and close to bus station.

Based on our 2 weeks trip and 7 hotel experiences, we think this hotel is extraordinary. We can’t find one more hotel that is the same money valued for food and spa. We really want to back to enjoy the spa everyday!

this hotel is close to the highway. It’s too noisy to sleep at night. The AC is not working and the room is super hot at night but we can’t open the window due to the noise.

Very helpful host and very accommodating to our requests

The hotel is very new, so it looks very nice and modern. The rooms are big and comfortable. The rooms at the street are very laut. I couldn`t sleep well, because the noice was the whole night not only in the evening. The employs are very kind but their English is not good. I need to use my phone for translating in Türkey if I asked for something.
