Advantages: The location of the hotel is very good, the bus stop is 5 minutes away; the breakfast buffet is good, the room is clean, the bath water is also very good The small partner who goes to Pamukkale can go to the bus station to take the small bus. We left to kusadasi 3 hours away and Unfortunately 1 of our travelers forgot their insulin. The staff safely gathered our medication and put it in a carefully sealed bag, arranged a taxi and had the medication delivered to us in kusadasi 3 hours away. They went above and beyond what any hotel staff would do. I shopped for hotels relentlessly and this looked by far the best and cleanest hotel in the Denizli or pumakalle area and it was. Фрукты, овощи, суп, омлет - все есть. Детям и сухие завтраки и молоко тоже есть. В остальное время по меню можно заказывать еду. Ценник приемлемый. Салат 75лир, Порция мяса 120-170. В самом номере есть то, что уже можно отремонтировать, но это не критично. Белье чистое, тапочки, полотенца, халаты, фен (но слабый) Вода в номере при заезде бесплатная. Рядом магазины, небольшой супермаркет на дороге. Можно купить воду, шоколадки/конфетки, напитки, детское питание, взрослое питание)). До Памуккале 5 мин на машине.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Average sized room with a big balcony overlooking the pool. Room was clean and modern, few English channels on TV. Good parking,.loads of spaces. Walking distance to the village of Pamukkale and short drive to the main entrace of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. It is also a short drive to Loadicea (archeological site) and Denizli (we went up the cable car) Best thing about this hotel was the food, bountiful selections of food during breakfast, the buffet counters were overflowing with food! Dinner were also big portions, we had the set meal that cost around 140-150 Turkish Lira (£7-7.50) and the food for the 2 course meal was delicious. Staff were nice. We enjoyed our short stay here.

I let you imagine the problem. The breakfast was good, but no more, just industrial products. The swimming pool was not accessible, but I can't complain about it, it's just the beginning of the season. The location is very good, I can't remove it from them. We have paid the next day of our arrival: since then, no kindness, no exchange, even no hello or smile. Even when we left, they didn't even come to the courtyard, but just set us from their sofa. I understand that some tourists may be afflicted and unpolite, that this profession is not always easy, but I do not understand this attitude. Finally, the price was not so high, but I had to write this message for families who will pay the high price this summer and who will face these disfunctions.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The downside is that there’s no glasses for drinking water or brushing teeth. There are also just a couple cloth hangers in the closet. I have to request to get a few more for my family. The breakfast is standard Turkish style. Be prepared to pay with cash if you have not pre-paid in advance. Also the lady owner seems a little stingy as she asked us to take a picture of the map instead of giving it to us free as all the other hotels.
