房間很大乾淨，床單被套都很乾凈，門口有停車位，有免費的早餐，空調製熱效果很好，有熱水洗澡，前台服務很熱情。

在北京大道上，湍河旁邊，市場監督管理局隔壁，第三次來入住了賓館免費停車方便，而且有充電樁，價格合理，旁邊有一箇中檔的飯店，離賓館300米有夜市一條街，就是早餐店有點遠，不過賓館有早餐，洗澡水也很熱。免費送兩瓶純凈水。
