酒店到古城方便，步行需十五分鐘，酒店房間乾淨衞生，旁邊巷子可以停十幾台轎車，有保安照看很安全，車輛進入酒店時，需提前變道到非機動車道，因為酒店前面有公交車站擋着不能變道。

住了好幾回了，離火車站不遠，對面是城建局，隔壁100米是鄧州市人民醫院，醫院附近有餐館，有一次性拖鞋，入住可以免費洗浴，有停車場，就是有點破，不過能停車就行了，有免費早餐，樓下有公交車站。

酒店設施比較樸實，但是性價比超高，停車場簡陋，停車免費，但是不容易進去，周邊環境不錯，邊上吃飯的地方多，隔壁有一個大超市購物方便，離鄧州古城比較近。
