這次趕上國慶節出差，在預訂酒店前就一直在攜程上搜尋哪家酒店好，當看到這家世紀星酒店的時候覺得離我辦事的地方很近，看評分還挺高的，於是打電話到前台諮詢一些問題，酒店工作人員很有耐心的告訴我在東站下車的話，有直接到市內的公交專線，不用跑遠，出站就能看得到，如果打車的話是50元左右，減少了我外地人人生地不熟的尷尬了；我説我可能會有些快遞會提前到酒店能否幫忙接收一下，酒店工作人員説可以，我又問了一些相關的問題工作人員都非常耐心的幫忙解決了，掛斷電話後我果斷預訂了這家酒店；更讓我意外的是我在入住的前一天居然接到了酒店電話，温馨提示我鄧州最近降温，氣候比較冷，建議我帶些厚的外套過來，這樣的服務真的很讓我覺得很暖心了；第二天到了鄧州後，果然氣候比我們南方低了好多，頓時覺得酒店的提前提醒真是太重要了；到了酒店後，看到大堂有煮好的熱茶還有測血壓的儀器還有電腦自助打印機，再次被這一點點的小細節暖到了，前台小姐姐給我免費升級了豪華大床房，房間有免費的咖啡和茶葉可以喝，居然還有空氣加濕器，太讚了！房間空間大、衞生乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離、水壓很大，洗澡很舒服；洗漱用品也是不錯的，酒店有準備洗面奶，真的是跟過家似的的，不過建議可以增加個一次性刮鬍刀就更好了。因為是外地的所以問了些當地特色，前台小姐姐很熱情的介紹了一些地方，再次感受到了鄧州的人文；第二天走的比較早，沒有嘗早餐，希望下次有機會吧！很滿意的一次入住！！！

來鄧州出差，在這家酒店住了好幾天，環境不錯，服務周到，進出大堂前台工作人員都會笑着打招呼，還幫我免費升級了房間，非常感謝。房間衞生乾淨，一次性用品也齊全，床睡起來軟硬適中，很舒服。重點誇下早餐，營養搭配均衡，種類齊全，整體來説很不錯，有機會還會再來的。

在網上訂的優選大床，到店後，前台小汪小姐姐還給免費升級了房間，真的很贊！房間空間挺大的，衞生也很不錯，乾淨整潔，也沒有異味什麼的，床品也很柔軟，睡起來很舒服。附近環境挺好的，距離花洲書院很近，很nice。設施也挺齊全的，有自助洗衣房，免費打印機，電腦等，挺不錯的，有機會還會再來的。

前台小姐姐超級熱情！！！入住的時候，因為預訂的房型需要等房，前台小姐姐就免費幫忙升級了房型，即刻入住，真的有戳的我！～臨走還送了小禮物。酒店環境很好，早餐品類很多，小甜點特別好吃！另外一樓的大叔也很熱情，入住體驗非常棒，中間的小瑕疵也反饋給了酒店，希望可以完善一下，總之，體驗非常之幫，出彩旅遊的不二之選！

因為五一高速堵車，半夜才到酒店，酒店人員態度很好，房間在16層，視野很好，早餐的大姐熱情似火，做的雞蛋餅很好吃，是連鎖酒店，衞浴間是那種一體成型的，出水很沖，房間很大，早上知道我們趕路還多給了一些零食，飲料，一家很努力做到更好的酒店，停車方便，但是樓下的停車場對技術有要求，地面車位也不少，
