第一次住這麼無語的酒店，這酒店要是倒閉前台功不可沒，不知道是不是酒店老闆也不在乎。
剛到酒店進入房間，我開的是套房，裏面還有上次用的痕跡，滿地的氣球，滿屋的結婚貼紙，亂糟糟的，除了床沒灰（主要還是白看不出來），床頭和桌椅手一摸都是灰，桌子上的茶杯裏面有煙灰，煙灰缸裏面也有煙灰，設備陳舊，房間地毯幾乎跟沒打掃一樣，幸虧沒怪味，下去找前台讓人打掃一下，吃個飯回來，發現還是那樣，貼紙和氣球還是我自己清掃的，我真的是絕了
第二天起來，準備辦公發現除了床頭插座有電，客廳電腦桌和卧室的桌前的插座都沒電，打電話問客服，不耐煩的很，直接懟了我一覺：你不會在床頭辦公，最後還是説半天才讓人拿個插板上來，服務人員都比你前台強，前台是門面，你這前台就是個刺，專扎客户。
本來想着省事，找個近的酒店，誰知道來個大驚喜

看了大眾點評之後才定的。鄧州最經濟型酒店，評價第1名，進去以後房間乾淨整齊，房間空間好大，真的非常舒適。還有自助餐早餐吃的舒服。

當時在攜程上面訂的酒店，去酒店辦入住的時候説找不到，第一次住酒店遇到這種事，給前台看了攜程訂單，也不處理，非要説找不到，我想説這個是你自己的事跟我有什麼關係，搞了好久沒有辦成入住，差勁的很。要不是因為搞婚禮（婚禮堂定的頤和的）我都想換地方住了。還有就是這個酒店餐飲，不知道是不是一家，餐飲部的服務也是差勁的很，我們定的酒店宴席，菜不實在，味道也很一般，上菜速度不是一般的慢，本來是喜事，搞得親戚朋友都説閑話，真是一鎚子買賣。
