去遼陽辦事本身小縣城覺得新開這樣一個酒店很好但是也沒有放過高的期待值價格很合適不到兩百一間定了兩間房一間大床一間雙床訂房前打電話諮詢是否可以冰箱幫放東西在冷藏大堂接待人員説可以到了之後首先説是衹有冷凍功能沒有冷藏功能建議放窗户外就可以我們欣然入住窗户打不開我説把窗户打開服務人員説她幫我們放大床房進去就發現床單好幾個黃色污漬當時喊衞生人員立即更換了雙床房凌晨被樓上漏水一地水當時我們安排都住在二樓中間有新娘房半夜12點一直在吵影響到了休息剛要打電話給前台解決發現有其他客人和新娘房提出了訴求讓他們小點聲他們發生了爭執大床房打開水龍頭洗臉開了好幾分鐘都是黃色的沒洗臉最後第二天早上我們按約定五點去取冷藏的東西服務人員放到冷凍我問了一下為什麼放冷藏或者外面沒法用了她態度很差的説“我能替你們放就不錯了”總體而言設施較新有點裝修味道服務人員處理事情能力欠妥我們住的當天碰到次日有喜事所以隔音很不好很吵衞生不OK水龍頭一直出黃水我也不知道是什麼原因另外一個房間還被漏水服務人員處理問題應培訓態度不好整體體驗感很差希望店家能提高整體思考經營祝越來越好

快到燈塔時，在網上搜到這個新開的酒店，抱着一試的態度，給了我很大驚喜！酒店位置很好，自駕很方便，周邊商服很多，吃飯購物方便，鬧中取靜。酒店門前可以停車，後院還有一大停車場，還有十幾個充電樁，停車、充電方便。酒店是獨棟樓，門臉大氣，大堂寬敞。房間裝修簡潔，乾淨明亮，大小合適。床墊軟硬適中，床品很新，乾淨舒適，枕頭兩個，軟硬自選。衞生間很大，三段式乾濕分離，毛巾浴巾很新，浴品質量很好。前台服務很好，笑臉相迎，熱情好客。早餐比較簡單，兩個熱菜兩個涼菜，但口味很好，能吃飽吃好。總而言之，性價比很高，值得推薦！
