有自己的院子。停車位超級多。房間很乾凈，早餐也不錯，價格不貴。酒店的另一部分叫友誼大酒店，友誼酒店，友誼賓館。院外也是友誼大酒店牌子比較顯眼。主樓部分叫宜居酒店，價格略貴，餐廳也在主樓。別墅部分叫友誼酒店。據説條件不如主樓的好。價格不如主樓貴。空調不錯，電梯不錯，早餐不錯，WiFi不錯。
