Transit at KL and booked this hotel. Very small deluxe room for 2 adults 2 kids. Hard to pray in the room. But plenty of shop & restaurant nearby.

Hotel location is convenient to airport, hotel facilities is common, room is clean, outside many foods for choice , hotel backside have night market.

Easy to find food just near by

the location very strategic. got shops and restaurant to dine in. but for the amenities not provided. for example, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. got deposit RM 50. but they will return it back upon checkout.

We stayed for one night for transit before flying back to our hometown the next day. There is family mart and seven eleven nearby, also mamak and several food stalls. The hotel also provide paid shuttle to the airport. But grab also easy to get from here.

We tried to rebook because we made a mistake on our side for the very next day. We tried to call and all they said is to contact trip. They didn’t bother trying to help us or even try to understand the situation.  There is a no cancellation policy but we didn’t want to cancel we just wanted to rearrange for the next day.

Strategic locations and near to KLIA. Room fit small family but cleanliness need to be improved.

😊 lots of shops and restaurants nearby . A gas station is a stone’s throw away  The bed was quite comfortable . Nice hot shower. Easy parking and the fees are very minimal. Easy access to the highway.  😡 The air conditioner wasn’t cool   No spoon provided. Not enough hangers. Room is too small for two people.

Good hotel to stay for those who had plan go to airport. Near to the hotel

Too dirty, too noisy, customer service zero. Unfriendly staff. If you have any other option please choose others. The hotel interior, cleanliness and amenities is not suited the money that you paid. The only things reliable is just the location next to the airport, despite that, wasted! It’s only worth half of the published price please take note.
