It was clean and I'd say it was at a 5-star standard. I was happy that there was a washing machine in the room. There were pools for adults and families, so I think anyone can have fun. However, I stayed at three hotels in the Denarau area, and when I arrived at the lobby there were no rooms available, and although I was told that a room would be available in about 15 minutes, I was made to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, and in the end another staff member told me that it wouldn't be available until 3pm, so perhaps it had been forgotten. I ended up going out, but the style was to leave my checked luggage at the entrance, where anyone could pick it up, so I felt uneasy until I got home. Other guests' luggage was also lined up at the entrance.

I left my cellphone in a taxi and, upon consulting your staff, Mr. Villiame kindly assisted me, went out of his way to help, and even contacted the taxi driver to retrieve my phone, successfully resolving the issue. The hotel environment is very green, the Mexican food at the entrance of the hotel is good, the swimming pool is better, and the sunset is good at night. It was a lot of time when I checked in. I notified Ctrip and it was resolved. The room kitchen supplies were many and the room was large. Some facilities are a bit old.
