Huge room in this beachside all inclusive, bar and snacks at the beach, need to control the homeless dogs and tell clients to stop feeding them

Luxurious hotel, looks like the Sultans' palace. Lots of old things in the halls. We had a wonderful room 119.
Overall, the impression is good, but spending 10 days or a week there is no, no, no!
There is nowhere to go in the evening. There is only a beach nearby, not a hotel, with pebbles. And much better, I mean a quiet calm sea. The beach near the hotel is sand - but the wind blows like a fool, reminds me of Egypt and Karaganda at the same time.
The food is good, but in the restaurant, everything is in disrepair. When the overall picture is beautiful, and nearby there are so many jambs! Maybe the end of the season! But the sofas and chairs are all stained, dirty. The dishes are clean every other time. It is better to drink water or tea, even better watermelon.
The drinks are terrible, Yupi is chemical. Cocktails at the bar apparently do not know how to make. A real disaster! At least alcoholic, at least simple. It's really embarrassing, they save as much as they can, although they charge a good price.
The location of the hotel is absolutely off the charts, it's the only 5-star hotel in Demre. It's unknown how people even get there! It's highly likely that tour operators send people there without any knowledge of where it is 🤭🤭🤭
It's okay to stop there while passing through, excursions to Demre Kekova, St. Nicholas Church.

It was a wonderful stay. I would say it's a 4-star resort not 5 because there's room for improvement regarding food and drinks and some minor things like asking for towels one day but overall it's very good. The beach is the highlight of the trip. Very clean, calm and clear water and the sand is very soft so no need for sea shoes. The entrance to the sea is shallow which is perfect for kids. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. Great value for money! We'll be back next year.

Unfortunately, most of the staff treats people in advance as Russian, not allowing the option that a large number of guests in this hotel are Poles. They speak basic phrases in Russian, hardly any English, so it's hard to get along. 60% of the music you can hear by the pool is nothing but Russian songs. As for cleanliness, it could be better (I noticed a dark coating in the shower part). Food was good, fresh - some of the dishes were replaced with new dish the next day. I liked the design of the room - minimalist, neat, sand colors, white wooden furniture - it looks great. There is a great garden inside the hotel, unfortunately it is not possible to spend time in its surroundings - there is only one bench next to the elevator, where you can sit down if you want to admire the garden. In general, a lot of things to improve, but the hotel is not 5 *, so for 4* it is quite good.

Demre is a holy land of St Nicklaus. I often come here because it’s something different from any other resorts. The sand, the sea, the food - outstanding. The hotel is very nice - made of natural stone, with spacious rooms, light wooden furniture. It has a cosy green yard in the middle. Huge swimming pool, but I like the wide sandy beach much more)) all facilities of the hotel are very useful and comfortable. Very friendly staff.
