A great place to stay, whether it's for a short or long visit.
It’s basically a fully equipped apartment, with a separate bedroom and a second room that includes a kitchen. There’s also a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large comfy bed, two air conditioners, and blackout curtains if you want to completely shut out the world. There's even a small balcony. It’s not just a hotel room — it’s a full apartment at a fantastic price. Honestly, I wish I could’ve stayed more than just one night.
The elevator works, so you won’t have to carry anything up the stairs.
There are several cafes and restaurants nearby, and Myra Antik Kenti is just a 3-minute drive away.

On the way to Antalya, I temporarily stayed in Demre. The house price is cheap. It is in the countryside. There are greenhouses for vegetables next to it. It is a newly built B&B. I was afraid to go in at first. It felt dark and there was the smell of a new house when I opened the window. Ventilation would be great. The landlord and an old man are very friendly. Looking back now, this hotel is cheap and good. It provides a single bed and a sofa bed, which is suitable for a family of four.

Очень свежие апартаменты. Из необходимого есть все. Кухня, посуда, посудомойка, стиралка. Таблеток и порошка нет, хотя написано в предыдущих отзывах, что есть. Ну их и не должно быть, видимо кому-то повезло и остались от предыдущих жильцов. Белье чистое, матрасы удобные. Персонал говорит только на турецком. В принципе для апартаментов - это не проблема. Рядом сетевые магазины и даже продуктовый рынок в пешей доступности. Рекомендую.
ЗЫ. Если рядом с апартаментами вам будут предлагать экскурсию на лодке. 100 раз подумайте. Лучше найдите агенство или сами сгоняйте в порт. Нас очень сильно обманули. Но это к отелю не относится. Просто совет.

Отличные апартаменты, очень удобное расположение, фото полностью соответствуют. Всё предусмотрено- сушилка, посуда, тазик для стирки белья, стиральная машина, таблетки для посудомоечной машины, водонагреватель, фен, швабра, мыло, тапочки. Кровать удобная, постельное белье идеально чистое, 3 подушки - одна жесткая, вторая - помягче, третья - лежала в шкафу, поэтому про степень жесткости ничего сказать не могу. Вместо теплого одеяла - плед. 5 полотенец - 2 больших, 2 маленьких и 1 для ног - белоснежные и вкусно пахнут) Кухня полностью укомплектована для длительного проживания. Сантехника на кухне и в ванной в идеальном состоянии, проблем с горячей водой не было. Окна выходили на проезжую часть, при закрытых окнах было вполне тихо. Ночью было спокойно, спать было комфортно. Рядом два продуктовых магазина. Однозначно рекомендую!

A very short walk from the bus station. The building is well marked with the contact number in the window. As no one was at the reception I phoned the number and said in English that we had arrived. Only Turkish was spoken but a person in next door block of flats waived from upstairs and then a guy came down and showed us around the flat.
The whole building is new and everything smells fresh. We stayed in one bedroom flat with a big balcony and had a very nice time. Myra ruins are an a half an hour walk away where there is an agency for a boat trip to Kekova island.
All in all we had a very pleasant stay.
