Very welcoming and helpful staff The facility feels like you stay in your own house with a private jacuzzi and thermal pool. The location is quite close the shopping center and is easy to reach. We really enjoyed staying and would definitely come here again.

The pool with thermal water and hammam, the sauna, balcony with barbecue, everything was perfect. The staff there also very nice and helpful. A lot of historic places to visit in the area. Highly recommend

Very kind personnel, large and cosy rooms. We were very happy in the end. Looking forward to visit again… Nazik personel, genis rahat odalar. Memnun kaldik ailemizle tavsiye ederiz. Ozel sauna ve hamam gayet guzeldi. Gec saatlerde bile isteklerimiz personal tarafindan yerine getirildi. Tesekkur ederiz

We stayed in a 2-storey apartment for 2 persons, with 1 living room and 1 bedroom. There was a kitchen and supplies. The deep pool was designed to be very effective and useful in a very large hammam-style bathroom. Although both rooms have balconies, it was a little ridiculous to have the barbecue on the bedroom balcony. There is a small market in the facility. There is no wifi service. Etablissement sale à fuir les villa VIP sont hors de prix et lorsque nous avons activé le jacuzzi toute la saleté est sortie des buses encrassés nous avons demander à changer de villa et c'était pareil. Nous n'avions pas de pression d'eau froide, du coup imposible de se doucher sans se brûler. Nous avons mis plus d'une heure pour remplir le hamam. Tout était sale. Selon eux les femmes de ménages ne nettoie pas le hamam car ça prend trop de temps. De plus on devait nous rembourser mais ces voleurs on refusés et on encaissés une nuit alors que nous n'avions pas pu l'utiliser le hamam tellement des bouts de saletés flottait dedans. Ils nous ont demandés de retirer mes photos en me disant qu' il allaient nous rembouser et en fait il ne l'ont jamais fait
