😡😡😡😡Terrible manager. Don't stay here and support someone who is dishonest and a thief. I called and booked room the morning of August 13. I never recieved a confirmation email. I had changed in our travel plans. Called the hotel and talked to manager and cancelled my reservation (so I thought) on the same day the evening August 13. My reservation was for 2 rooms for Friday and Saturday night the 16 and 17th. I noticed on Friday Aug 23 that I had 2 charges for the reservation I CANCELLED. I called the hotel right away and they said I had checked in. WHAT?? How am I supposed to check into a room that I canceled reservation for and than to charge me too😡😡😡. The manager at this hotel is a scammer and not honest. He said that he would investigate and call me back on Monday Aug 26th which I never recieved a call back. Than I called back on Friday Aug 30th he said there is nothing he can or is willing to do. I will be calling my bank and the corporate office. He shouldn't be running a hotel and taking people's money that they work hard for. Why can't people just be honest and do what's right.

Our stay was great, but the room is badly lacking in maintenance. The doorknob on the bathroom door was so loose, it is just a matter of time until it falls out of the door. Also the towel bar was loose from the wall. There is no way housekeeping could miss these things, so either maintenance issues are not reported or they are not acted upon.
