숙소는 깨끗합니다.

Friendly staff, filthy pool
Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Bed was comfortable. 3rd floor ice machiene was out of service. Had dto go to 1st floor. Inconvenient.
Pool was FILTHY! there is scum build up on the tiles and it was cloudy.

Great for a business trip or mini-family vaca
Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location is great! Fridge is smaller so it won’t fit leftovers unfortunately. Breakfast was good. There were some basics but also items that were a little different which was nice.

The pool needs a real good scrub and or renovation.. but otherwise, great hotel. LOVE the staff! EVERYONE has been smiley and kind and helpful

Great customer service.
The ice machine was broken down on my floor. The workout room only had one elliptical, one treadmill, and some free weights. The treadmill was out of service.

I love this hotel. Great staff! Pool and hit tub definitely need scrubbing and upgrading.
If its a concern for you, deliveries are made to rooms, despite the tanke in lobby requesting they stay there.
Staff was SO friendly and helpful!

Hotel just ok, we had stayed at a SpringHill in Benton Harbor that was immaculate so coming here was a bit different
