The man who checked us in was so rude. Didn't help us find our room.wanted to put 2 rooms on separate cards. He wouldn't. Seemed he didn't want to be bothered with us.

The front desk guy looked pissed of and not very friendly. The breakfast was sad. The room was clean but old.

Good place to stay but the water went from too hot to just right to luke warm to freezing and kept cycling through that every 10 seconds or so.

Extremely disappointed
We booked a room with this hotel. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected circumstance that prevented us from staying and they would not refund us our money. We would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

This is the very best hotel in the area, although it is a bit dated. The room was clean enough. The grounds are well maintained. The breakfast is continental; nothing hot (except waffles or toast) and no proteins. I've stayed here before and probably will again.

Bobby the front office was as rude as I have ever seen.
Reserved an accessible room and he had given them all away.
Now I am stuck with a hotel room I can’t access.
How am I supposed to get to the second floor?

The property is very dated. Beds ok, shower marginal, not senior friendly, and office staff barely spoke English.

The facility is older but well maintained, clean and comfortable. I was a little put off by the desk help who seemed unexcited about being there. Thanks to vague instructions we searched for quite some time to figure out where the room was.
A little more bedside manner would help give this hotel a nice rating.
