Check in was easy and quick. Very friendly and helpful staff 👍 Excellent breakfast and service. Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Just for a quick stop. Late arrival and early departure on the way to home. 3rd floor with no elevator. Strange, I have never been in a hotell with 3 floors and no elevator. Pipes in the house make noice the whole night. Quite disturbing. Breakfast with a normal range of food. Averange standard. Very poor cooffee. Free parking is a +.

Wer nach Barrierefreiheit in dem Hotel sucht, wird nicht fündig. Viele Stufen, kein Aufzug und eine Dusche mit Hindernissen. Auf der anderen Seite: ein Hotel, das sich durch Renovierungsarbeiten und viel Sauberkeit in die Gegenwart gerettet hat. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und angrenzend war noch ein kleinerer Wohnbereich, von dem das Bad abging. Zu bemängeln ist der schlechte WLAN Empfang. Hier muss nachgerüstet werden. Das Frühstück war tadellos und hochwertig. Das Personal an der Rezeption extrem freundlich und persönlich sowie aufmerksam. Das City Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis und liegt direkt am Bahnhof von Delmenhorst. Vielen Dank für die authentische Gastfreundschaft.

Einzig wünschenswert wäre es, wenn die mit Tür abgetrennte Hotelbar auch wieder ein Ort wäre, wo man gemütlich drinnen rauchen darf. Die einzigen beiden Gäste an dem Abend waren ein anderer Raucher und ich, Familien mit Kindern hingegen Fehlanzeige.
Die Betreiberfamilie ist sehr freundlich, beim Frühstück lernte man sich kennen. Ich werde dort gerne wieder Gast sein. Ich finde es spitze, dass man als Hotelgast einen Parkausweis für die Stellfläche beim Hotel kostenlos bekommt.

Licht und Schatten
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und das freundliche Personal sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodisch, dafür ist das Frühstück hervorragend und kann mit dem in jedem Luxushotel mithalten.
Wir waren im 3. Stock untergebracht, was bedeutete, daß das WLAN nicht so weit reichte (ab dem 2. Stock wird es schwächer).
Da es im Hotel KEINEN Aufzug gibt, ist das Hinauftragen des Gepäcks sicherlich für jeden eine sportliche Herausforderung, genauso wie das tägliche Hinaufsteigen ins Zimmer.
Weiterhin befindet sich das Hotel in direkter Bahnhofsnähe, so daß es keine kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Nachbarschaft gibt, anders als in der Hotelbeschreibung hervorgehoben. Hoteleigene Parkplätze gibt es nicht.
Die Sauna wird nur bei Anmeldung einen Tag zuvor eingeschaltet. Ob kostenlos oder nicht, können wir nicht sagen.
