房間環境不錯，服務熱情，其他方面都不錯就是，退房的時候不知道是店方的工作交接問題還是什麼原因楞是退了，快半個小時，導致我的火車差點誤點，還叫我們不要急，體驗很差，希望加強員工交接業務能力和水平。

早上八點半服務員就在樓道里大聲説話 很吵 吵到大概九點半左右 最重要的是服務員直接不敲門刷房卡進房間 讓你徹底懵逼 一句抱歉的話沒有直接關門走了 還有早餐廳 打飯的時候那大媽就一直盯着你看

這家酒店是新開張的，酒店大堂看上去蠻高大上的，心裏感到很開心。在酒店後面停好車把行李拉到大堂前台登記，沒有想到我們預訂的商務房在酒店的副樓，再把行李拉回停車場進副樓，我們一行6個長者來回折騰。
客房整體還是新的，床和被褥睡的很舒服，但是衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗澡很不方便，房間不供應瓶裝水和餐巾紙。

洗澡的水超級冷，邊洗邊發抖。
早餐去到食物全都是冷的，沒有任何食慾。
很少點評，除非是遇到特別差的，470一晚，在大城市都能住五星級了。

此行沒有去茶卡鹽湖停留，直接從青海湖開到德令哈，傍晚還去了克魯克和託素湖，真是意外的收穫，衹有幾個遊客，幾輛車，風景獨好。離德令哈幾十公里，駕車一小時就到。酒店房間大，熱水充足，床上用品舒適乾淨。德令哈是個安靜的城市。酒店停車方便。
