夏天的頂樓悶熱不已，房間裏的洗澡水涓涓細流，夏天這麼熱的天氣居然沒有熱水洗澡，服務更是更上一層樓，要礦泉水風扇，酒店人員出奇的一致，一致對外，“我們不需要”，要不你們直接立個牌子出來我們不需要顧客，居然要求顧客開大門通風降低房間温度，要不你們叫我睡在你們透露着詭異的綠光的走廊睡覺算了，我也不用花450住這個破房間受罪了。期待攜程的評分系統可以低破零分開通付費，如果不幸入住了這家酒店，期待你的差評！

房間大氣，衞生乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐服務熱情，最好的是房間氧氣，很好的一家酒店，值得入住，停車方便周圍有很多好吃的。

酒店外貌不錯，房間乾淨整潔。門口可以停車，讓我吐糟的是早餐，簡單不説，用餐時間是7 －8點，雞蛋一人一個，有專人看管，這也是我出來近一個月第一次遇到的，奇葩！

房間環境不錯，服務熱情，其他方面都不錯就是，退房的時候不知道是店方的工作交接問題還是什麼原因楞是退了，快半個小時，導致我的火車差點誤點，還叫我們不要急，體驗很差，希望加強員工交接業務能力和水平。

我們差不多半夜才到的酒店，帶三個孩子又累又困，前台喪着一張臉服務態度挺差的。給我們安排到6樓房間沒有空調超級熱，一晚上都沒睡好。房間沒有礦泉水，問前台要，晚上十二點讓我去對面超市買。整個西北遊最差的一個酒店！大家避雷吧！房價也不便宜
