Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. Recently I had the pleasure of staying here. The hotel's accommodations were luxurious, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.The hotel staff deserves commendation for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, addressing any inquiries promptly and with a genuine smile.

An absolutely exhilarating experience. They are the apogee of good service. The front-desk ***ager Ms Jaspreet Kaur is promptly forthcoming to provide the hotel clients with an unprecedented stay and experience. Mr Irfan at the Cafe Knosh exemplifies impeccable hospitality and service. Thanks a ton to him. Mr Hi***shu, the chef, was on his toes to serve up sumptuous food and went beyond his ***date to make us feel culinarywise good.

It’s next to the railway station… so it’s gonna be much crazier and dirtier than other parts. But if you’re worried about missing a train then I guess it’s ok but really it’s not worth staying that close. Just leave earlier. Don’t expect much from the room. It’s just a room and that’s it. The room we had in the back was quiet. They had a confusing and unnecessary check in procedure. They wanted email addresses and email confirmation in order to finish the check in. Truthfully I would never go back to their hotels just for that reason alone as I spend enough time not handing over my info, number, and emails to companies as is. That I’m a paying guest and expected to also give up that is ridiculous.

The service is very good. The counter said that the USD exchange rate for INR is 1:75. There are six to eight bottles of bottled water available every day. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Cornell Square. There are ***y choices for breakfast, and there are some changes every day, which is suitable for staying for several days.

Should you require transportation to or from the airport, hotel is able to organize it prior to your arrival date. Embark on your holiday experience in the most ideal manner. Commence each morning of your visit with an on-site breakfast.

Breakfast is ok and can be full! It seems that an extra bed can be added, but the room is not large and may be crowded. It is better to use a sofa. My room has a bench. Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it. Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place. Hotel location is OK, not far from Delhi Gate, about 10-15 minutes walk, the hotel also has a restaurant, which is more expensive than the outside. There is a Khan market nearby, there are a lot of meals in it, you can have a number in Delhi, you can walk without any trouble.

Today I came to pride plaza atrocity at imperial hall in banquet I asked a coffee from the service team they denied to give me but the one who helped to get a cup of coffee I would like give a thanks to Akshay,shilender, Nirdosh from banquets and all the banquets team are helpful and give the nice treat after that overall it was a nice experience to have there .....

Excellent location, close to markets, restaurants, main train and metro station. Metro line to airport is also very close. Room was comfortable but cleanliness could be improved. Wi-fi and A/C were very good. The area is very busy at any time of day and night, but the room remained quiet and we could always have a great sleep. Last but not least, very friendly staff!
