The room allocated was pathetic. There were cockroaches in the room. The junior level staff is arrogant, rude and least bothered. The GM is little sensible. Service is extremely slow.

There was smell of smoke in the room.The attendant was so rude.I will not recommend any one to go there. Our experience was really bad.There was bad smoking smell in the room.whan we complained the manager he replied rudely as if our satisfaction was not his job.so the entire feeling was very bad

The rooms were not clean and this is really no worth the amount and location. The rooms has water drainage walls and rooms are very small.

Hotel is decent but not well maintained for the price they charged, i was looking forward for a early check-in and the person at reception said there are no vacant room to allot one, then he said it will be charged 1000rs for early chek-in when i accepted to pay he immediately gave the room in 5 mins. From no room to room in 5 mins was really surprising after paying 1000 rs. I was with my family so didn’t make any argument there and paid the said amount. Service they provided was average. 1

Good property as per prize location is excellent i don't eat food so i don't about the know for food amenities is good and service is also good

Except for the location, we didn't like anything about the hotel. The rooms are cramped, very little space, zero ventilation, poor lighting, AC can only be turned on/off, temperature can't be regulated, there is no fan, it gets very suffocating. In the washroom, the geyser was not working, slight Luke warm water was available for the shower, weird sound was coming from the fosset pipe. Also, there were mosquitoes in the room. Not at all value for money. Staff was discourteous, we were struggling to open the door with so much luggage, no one bothered to open the door for us. Overall, a very bad experience.

The room conditions are really bad as compared to its rating. The rating doesn’t justify the conditions of the room. I wouldn’t recommend.
