Very old building with smelly bed, broken fridge, too many mosquitoes, no laundry service, no power backup

Initially when i reached the gate i thought i reached a wrong property. But never to judge a book by it's cover. Inside there ia a small beautiful garden and room had all the facilities including clean toilet. The best thing was the room structure since it was semi dome shaped there was no issue with heat and we rarely used ac. Also the host was so kind since he allowed us another 3 hrs for free after check out due as our bus to manali was at 7pm. Also staff was really good. Location is slight inside so less noisy of delhi traffic.
