The hotel had always been my favorite 1) location 2) cleanliness of the rooms 3) staff behaviour surinder is extremely well behaved & professional including a sense of personal bonhomie the at the reception (i dont know her name) is also very polite & wears a “smiley face”

The location of hotel was very good, near to metro station. The room was neat n clean. The food was very good. Front desk’s staff ritu was very cooperative and she offered very good hospitality. I would love to visit this hotel again.

It is a good property at an excellent location near gk 1, close to nehru place. Staff are courteous and service good. I stayed in room no 302 from 20th - 24th jean 25. The food quality good and room is spacious and cosy. Only area of improvement are no toothbrush, paste, ear buds, etc. Also there was no hair drier. Apart from these shortcomings, my stay was good.
