Very good hotel for business travellers. Location - Big advantage or plus Hospitality - great Room cleanliness - good Check in/check out - Great Food - Limited variety but good House keeping servicing - great Overall good service, great hotel for business travellers and family.

I would have given 5 star but would give 2 star rating for two reasons. The checkin was not smooth. They did not had my booking name. The person collected my id and said he has a booking from mm t but it was with no name. They did not bother to check and get the name verified before the guest came. I came in late evening an then insisted to check and they checked the mails and said that yes booking is available. I had to call mm t customer service and get the matter clarified. It showed careless attitude if hotel towards unarrived guests. They must be more prepared and not be like the hopeless enforcement agency officers stating what can we do? secondly there were cockroaches all over. Small cockroach babies were in cupboard, wadhroom, near mirror and running everywhere. This was disgusting. There was no fire evacuation plan and emergency exit markings as well. Overall good location, good property. Hope they take the inputs positively.

Room allocated had damaged walls, basin water logging, not clean bathrooms. Not really that great a stay. Location is good

Location is ok. Staff is good but only and major problem is not having charging ports in the room. You struggle for using your devices.
