Great hotel for stopover. Close to airport and reasonably priced with all amenities. Food was lovely and service was good. Would stay again! Although if visiting for Tah Mahal, would recommend staying in Agra. The drive is a killer. Wastes half a day!

Food was great! Don’t skip dosa and paratha.
The room was clean and staffs are also kind and accomodating. Another good thing is a supermarket on the lowest floor which is very convenient.
There is just an on going construction of the mall behind it so it’s quite distracting but overall it was okay.

There were 2 young men at the reception of the hotel who assisted with Check in. They were extremely professional and explained things really well about the package. It was great to see them being so professional.

I’ve been staying this property for years now. The concierge people are always helpful and friendly and they get excited me seeing again. They offered me complimentary breakfast and food was delicious and service was wonderful and friendly.
I was provided a large and neat and clean room and front desk kept on asking if I need any assistance which was so warming.
The only issue was The PRICES this trip was 3 times what I usually pay for this property.

The hotel is located in a good area with great valets service. Room is nice with great amenities. However breakfast area was a challenge for them. With the number of guests coming for breakfast at the same time. They were unable to handle. Some guests just walked right into it while some of us standing and waiting to be called. I expected a little better management and professionalism from such a big hotel.
