The shower water pressure, temperature and drainage were fine. The rooms were clean and much better than Japanese business hotels in the same price range. The only thing I found annoying was that the staff's English was difficult to understand because of their Indian accent (lol).

Good points
It's part of the Best Western chain, so it was basically well-equipped, and the hotel staff was well-trained, so I had a comfortable stay.
The breakfast included in the stay was good. Furthermore, since I was taking an early morning train to Agra, I asked for a box breakfast instead of breakfast, and they kindly prepared it for me.
Bad points
Some of the front staff made racist comments and had a bad attitude. If it hadn't been for this, I would have given it the highest rating, so I was very disappointed.
Finally, I think the quality of the accommodation depends on the owner. I used to stay at "ERMOU ART LOFT" in Athens, "Downtown Tirana Apartments" in Tirana, and "Yolo House" in Seoul (Unseo Station), but I was put off by the carelessness of the owners. On the other hand, I was impressed by the consideration and sincerity of the owners at "Center LEKS apartment" in Skopje. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely polite and courteous. Special mention to Laxmi from the restaurant, who was particularly helpful and went above and beyond. The food was absolutely delicious! I'd love to return to this hotel whenever I'm in Delhi. The hotel's location is also a major plus, with easy access to all major and important locations in the city. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend it!"

We had really great experiences in this hotel!Breakfast variety was superb and delicious.The restaurant staff were doing very well and helping us in everything we need.Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel commitment to hospitality is evident in every aspect of the stay.
