I'm from the USA and I stayed at this place for 1 night because it was close to a friend's home. If you are from another country like me, I think you need to be an experienced traveler and a bit adventurous to stay here. The reason is that it is located right next to a slum, and the setup and service is not typical of a standard hotel. However, the room is good enough. And so is the service. The included breakfast was delivered to the room. The shower hot water is a bit tricky, as it needs to heat up and the shower controls need to be understood to avoid a searing hot and freezing cold experience. The TV has Netflix, and I enjoyed a movie on it. The bed was comfortable, and the rate was low given the location.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything i needed, from a comfortable bed to a functional workspace, which was important since i had to catch up on some work during my stay.

one of the worst experiance on my life.
no service no food and guess what. no checkout either.
parking is nightmare coz they will call anytime of night to adust your car .
overall its feels like living with your worst relative.
i suggest do not go for this even oyo rooms are betger . no medical near a nala . what more bad can happen

I had a wonderful stay at [hotel name. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The hotel’s location was ideal.

Service is very poor. Hotel is located in a place where we don't get anything. After giving order for breakfast, hotel people takes around an hour to deliver it. Room is small. Toilet not clean. Ac working. Even we have to ask for tea kettle hotel people don't provide tea cups even after several reminders. Food quality and taste not good.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were greeted with welcome drinks, which was a nice touch after our long journey. The staff was incredibly friendly, always attentive to our needs, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Special mention to the anu (manager) who helped us with tour recommendations and arranged a day trip to agra.
