Rooms and washroom were neat and clean. Lobby were spacious and lift is working properly. And reception guy and staff was excellent.

The hotel was very good, the rooms were very clean, but before going to the room, take the wifi password, there is no network in the room.

Room service was poor. Room was dirty. They don't clean the room. Washroom was dirty. We had already pay through online. But still they take extra money from us. They are theft. Don't book this hotel. Just horrible.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Pathetic stay cus of staff and managers diplomacy they have their own set of rules where they will ask for extra money every time and will ensure you pay them cash. Owner is not aware as to what such activities are happening. Whenever you go there parking issues are there, staff will torture you for everything. My parents had come and stayed for few hours they misbehaved with them and didn’t allow them to even enter. Very bad service we adjusted in one room and we didn’t even ask for extra bed and still i paid 500 rs. Manager is talking nonsense on top of that m giving you discount on the same. After fooling he’s saying 500 m really shocked they are just sitting to make money from customers never visit tms grand there are mosquitoes in the room and it stinks bad inside the room.
