The room is spacious and clean with complete facilities. There is a department store next to the hotel. There is a shopping mall on the left hand side of the subway line when you leave the hotel. It is about 800 meters away. There are chain hamburger restaurants, KFC and several restaurants, as well as various beverage stores, which is very convenient for us who don't like curry.

Everything is great except the key card kept having problem and need to reset. In my 10 days of stay, I have to reset the key for at least 3 times. Nice view and nice breakfast! Even the in-room lunch and dinner are great! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and if I am going New Delhi again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Good location and great staff. They take proper care of you and are available to answer any queries 24/7. A certain gentle*** by the name of Charan Singh did a great housekeeping job on my unit. Breakfast is ok and can be full! It seems that an extra bed can be added, but the room is not large and may be crowded. It is better to use a sofa. My room has a bench. Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it. Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place. This is the CBD? This is the CBD of NEW Delhi? Please see the photos

It is very convenient to get to the Airport Express, the subway, and the railway station. The New Delhi subway exit is only a 10-minute walk away, and the surroundings are safe and quiet. The room is clean! The air conditioner power switch is difficult to find, because there is no sign, the waiter can only ask the waiter to find it. Front desk service is not very polite.

Checked in at Park Residency, Green Park, New Delhi for 3 nights in the month of April,2022. Good location which makes access to all parts of Delhi NCR easy. Peaceful area inspite of its location. Rooms are spacious, bathroom clean and hot water available 24x7. However, air conditioners in most rooms are old and do not cool the room sufficiently even in April heat. Torn and shabby curtains let in too much heat into the room. Breakfast options are limited and are served in the room. No buffet breakfast spread in the morning. The only reason you would stay is the location and comparatively competitive room rates.

Compared to the pictures, there are many differences. The facilities are rusty, old, and damaged. I was thinking of staying for one day and deciding whether to stay longer, but I decided to move the moment I entered the room. I think my expectations were a bit high.. Nevertheless, I will share what was good. I hope it will be helpful to the next guests. ㆍ The bellboy was very friendly. ㆍ The air conditioner is noisy, but it definitely provides cool air. ㆍ The TV was good. (However, I didn't find it difficult to find the channels)
