The service is very good. The counter said that the USD exchange rate for INR is 1:75. There are six to eight bottles of bottled water available every day. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Cornell Square.

The hotel location is really good, surrounded by five-star luxury hotels, because it is not far from the famous Plaza Conte, India gate, history museum, presidential palace, a few hundred meters away is the subway line, and also to the Jama Masjid Just 4 stops. Eat live bar ..
Although the price is not cheap from the economic chain hotels, but from the location, it is still good compared with the surrounding large hotels.
Hygiene can not be said, clean, bright yellow and white are the salient features of this hotel, clean, good service without any odor.
The breakfast was rich and the restaurant ate 2 dinners. It can be said that the taste is still very good, especially the nana in his house is served with curry, which is not bad.
The hotel is equipped with a mini bar, a variety of drinks, snacks, and whatever you want.
The socket is even more suitable. People in China can simply use the socket without changing it.

The property is really mis***aged, instances to reflect it: Check in at the Hotel followed by the receptionist saying that they entered my details as without breakfast and cannot change it.... Some days at the breakfast buffet have to coordinate the communication between reception and them for the same Used towel is taken but no new towel placed.... Coffee sachets on next day not placed..... Toilet paper also has to be asked for when done Everyday at buffet idli and wada is placed without chutney and u have to tell the waiter there to get it which can take a lot of time If something gets over at the breakfast buffet it's not replaced until a customer asks for Also a lot of the interior work is not fully done... Been hidden using flashy stuff..... Kept rating as 2 because of the good overall ***agement of the group.... Where they have an app which at least is prompt in answering customer complaints

Today I came to pride plaza atrocity at imperial hall in banquet I asked a coffee from the service team they denied to give me but the one who helped to get a cup of coffee I would like give a thanks to Akshay,shilender, Nirdosh from banquets and all the banquets team are helpful and give the nice treat after that overall it was a nice experience to have there .....

This is a very plush Holiday inn which we didn’t expect. Everything is great and there are plenty options for food. Security lift and all feels very secure. We enjoyed a nice break although it rained so we didn’t try the pool. But pricey for food which matches the hotel standard. Staff excellent. Everything immaculate.

Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Kerry Hill's classic work, the light and shadow effect of the corridor is very good, you can see the design inspiration of Tokyo Anzhen here. Fully equipped, very close to Humayun’s Tomb. ZZHIMINGHotel location is OK, not far from Delhi Gate, about 10-15 minutes walk, the hotel also has a restaurant, which is more expensive than the outside. There is a Khan market nearby, there are a lot of meals in it, you can have a number in Delhi, you can walk without any trouble.

Room was very nice and comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is very close to the airport which has made things very convenient.
Especially worth mentioning: the guy from room service dining, and one of the airport transfer pick up guys were particular friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated.

ZZMWHotel was conveniently located with two shopping malls nearby and food options was plenty. Location wise, it is a good hotel to stay in if you are looking for both good shopping and dining options.
Hotel was quite rundown with a weird smell at the level I was staying. The pillow covers and towels were dirty in my room especially the towels having some blood stain which I do not know how it got there and there was also some sort of smell lingering. The management should ensure that all sheets, covers, towels etc are washed well as it was very disgusting to be using such towels and sleeping on pillow covers and sheets that are not properly cleaned.
Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was not covered up properly and left open, it was kind of creepy as you can see what is in there and there were lots of dust as well coming from there.
Buffet breakfast was very simple, not many variety of options to choose from, mainly offering the local Indian fare. It would be better to include Continental buffet breakfast as part of the option as well, more choices would be better for foreign guests.
In room dining menu options are also not many which was also quite a letdown in my opinion.
The pool was under renovation on something during my visit and apart from that, there is only a gym facility, probably more things can be done on the type of recreation facilities offered in the hotel as there was nothing much to do.

GGuest UserThis was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

GGuest UserOne night was the most I could ***age. The main reception area was very busy with hardly any seating and a lot of tours coming through. All fine but this is no 5 star hotel, which is what it calls itself online. The rooms were so dated and unkept (maybe the pandemic slump hit them hard). The wooden furniture (bed, side tables and desk) were faded and peeling. The ceiling had open holes to what we could see a lot of wiring from the AC unit. It had a weird smell. The bath tub and shower had a serious drainage problem, didn't feel clean at all. The one thing that was good, was the bedding and towels seemed clean, so I did stay one night as Delhi had a city wide event and was hard to move hotel. Location is great so spent most of my time out for work and in cafes and restaurants nearby. ++The hotel felt safe and the staff were extremely helpful - especially the house keeping team. Breakfast was average

GGuest UserLocation is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.
