The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the city hall. We don't have large luggage and have a backpack, so it is interesting to walk upstairs and take the stairs. We live in the annex, Loft Studio room, with a simple refrigerator, pool, electric stove and refrigerator, very convenient. Very clean and fun. Check in and check out, the time can not be too early or too late, check your itinerary before booking.

The hotel is in a stunning part of Delft. The studio was roomy and spacious. Breakfast was not great and the service was poor too. I asked for a late check out only one hour or even thirty minutes later and was told I would be charged for the time and was also told it wasnโt possible as they needed to clean the room. Not sure what was the reason. Just seemed inflexible.

The facilities are pretty good, but the space of 20 square meters is a bit small. The breakfast is OK and relatively simple. Overall, it is very good and the price-performance ratio is good! The trash cans in the hotel are classified and worthy of praise๐

The location is in the most central place, all attractions are nearby, the gentleman at the front desk is very nice, he will explain everything you want to know, and I will definitely recommend it to all friends who come to the Netherlands!

The breakfast is already very good locally! 8 minutes walk from the city center, it is the best hotel in the local area, the rooms are clean and tidy, overall it is good, would recommend it

Such a nice, cozy and well maintained hotel. I loved my time there. The staffs are all super nice, helpful. Bike rental is available to those who would like to experience Delft like the locals. Very close to TU Delft and the Centrum. Would definitely come back if I ever go to Delft again.

The environment is very good and clean. It's right next to the train station. The hotel staff are very nice. What I complain about most is that there is no hot water kettle, but European hotels basically don't have hot water kettles.

GGuest UserVery close to the train station, the service attitude is also very good, the facilities are relatively new. The sound insulation is good, and the house near the street is not noisy. I highly recommend it

SSeow FongHotel is a bit far out, but there is a bus that goes to Delft city centre. Best to take a taxi or Uber if having luggages. Room is of a good size, mattress is on the soft side for me and pillow is too high, need to self make my own pillow.
Service is superb, staffs are very friendly and super helpful. They all carry genuine smile and always offer help.
Breakfast is simple, but still good enough to start a day.
Room making can be improved, sometimes used towel is left on the desk, tissue paper not refilled and etc. In general I would still recommend this hotel if you are going for business or need to stay around that area.

QQingqinghebiancao26Ctrip did not update the price of breakfast. It is now 20 euros a person. The price is high. The food eaten is not special. This hotel Ctrip's special room has to go out to find, breakfast has to go out to find. inconvenient.
