We were assigned this hotel by American Airlines after being stranded for a night. The janky van that picked us up should have been our first sign to decline the stay. Checking in, I looked up and saw the crumbling ceiling and light full of bugs. But we accepted our room...at first. Once in the room, there was zero toilet paper and the stains were plentiful (see photos). I returned to the desk to ask about toilet paper and was offered a different room. We took it, and the pictures of stains and gross things (like a booger smeared on the wall) just increased. I slept on top of the cover with my clothes on and we left as soon as we woke up. Do not stay at this property. Also note, there are no food options within walking distance of this hotel.

The design of the hotel is very friendly. The rooms next door can be opened to communicate with each other. It is clean and tidy. I live not far away from this hotel and bring my family here a lot and is for some reason always greeted by mr Sharif W. He is awesome, goes way and beyond to make sure your stay is more then average and goes way and beyond to help with any issues you may have. He always has a smile when he greets you always ask how was your day and welcome to the Delta hotel even though he sees me and my family a lot he always makes us feel welcome. This shouldn’t go unnoticed because there are a lot of ignorant front desk employees to makes you feel like you should go spend your money elsewhere but not here. Thank you Mr Sharif W for just being a great person and hopefully one day you will climb the ladder all the way up to sit in corporate and show them what being a Great Employee looks like.
