Located 10 minutes from downtown Crescent City and the Smith River, our home sits atop a hill that overlooks the ocean and is perfect for a private and relaxing holiday. Connected by a catwalk, the property has two separate units. The main house has a master suite, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a family room located downstairs, perfect for a game night with the family. Upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, bar and a half bath, with a wrap-around deck. Head out to the deck to watch the sun slowly set on the Pacific, prepping you for a relaxing night gazing at the stars. Across the catwalk, the guest suite has a bedroom, bathroom and living area. Great addition for an extra couple or someone who needs a bit more privacy. Sleeps 8 Total. Our property is located on 6 1/2 acres with a 600 ft. long paved, curved, gated driveway. *The driveway is very steep*. Views stretch from Crescent City Harbor to Brookings, Oregon, including Castle Rock and Pt. St. George Lighthouse visible from the front balcony.
