I was treated very well during my stay at Urban Central Suites. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, Staff was always friendly and helpful. Because my stay was not in a peak season, the breakfast buffet was not available, but they served me an individual made breakfast of my choice instead. This hotel was a great value, and perfect for someone visiting different friends every day in Lebanon, this become a comfortable home base for me. Also was able to have comfortable conversations with friends in their coffee shop/dining room

I Can find Better
My stay at Urban Central Suites was not as satisfactory as I had hoped. While the location was great, I found the overall experience lacking in several areas. The amenities didn’t quite meet the standards advertised. Customer service was great but they charged me extra for allowing my kid sleeping in the couch. It wasn’t terrible, but I was definitely expecting more for the price.

My stay in the hotel was nicest than my stay in my mom's place. The nights I spent in the hotel are unforgettable. I can't forget the amazing service I got, the hospitality of the employees there, and let's not forget the fluffy beds and pillows where I always found them neat and tidy. Thank you Urban Central Suites hotel for this experience
