The hotel room was very comfortable, the waiter service was attentive, and a Chinese-speaking lobby manager had a very good attitude and introduced many hotel features. The wooden panes allow for ventilation, and the hotel pool is beautiful.

The hotel's service is very good, although the room will be smaller than other hotels in Naypyidae, but the facilities are very good, the toiletries are also very good, the minibar is also free. Unfortunately, I stayed in a hurry, and left very early the next day. I didn't have time to use the swimming pool gym, and I didn't have time to have breakfast, but the hotel was perfect from the details.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, because it was a little quirky, but everything worked very well and I was made to feel at home. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the bedroom was HUGE (so much space even with the massive bed and table & chairs), it was well appointed, clean, and the bathroom was fantastic (with separate shower and bath, and great water pressure). The hotel foyer and dining room were also massive, very clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I really appreciated the hotel staff organising a taxi for my tour around the city the following day and buying a bus ticket to Bagan, definitely service with a smile which left a great impression on me. I would stay here again, thanks :)

I stayed for three days on business in the Aureum Palace. The place is spacious, golf-course style hotel, and the staff ways friendly and helpful. Most speak a good English. The only let-down was a chicken curry I ordered, which would have been more accurately described as chicken-bone curry. For one, there was very little curry sauce, two: most of the ”chicken” in the curry was bones, little meat. In my book this is a minor issue and I'd be happy to stay there again.
