A very nice hotel, fantastic facilities and even friendlier staff who were very accommodating and helpful, especially Than Zaw Htoo who spoke great English, was extremely helpful at the hotel and was an even better tour guide around the capital.

The rooms, restaurants(Zuw win naing), and lobby of the hotel are all clean and the staff is very friendly. I always greet you with a bright smile and care if you have any difficulties. All of these situations are very satisfying for hotel life. I'm sure you'll be satisfied

The breakfast is good and all staffs from dinning room are best served for guests. I was come here for business and stay one day. I like the breakfast. Mr. Moe Min Thu, the staff from dinning room, gave me the best served. He is very active and helping actively to all guests. Thanks for everything.

Very pleasant staying , welcoming staffs, ambiance is good , room is nice , breakfast spread is good. Special shout out for good communication and warm service to Ms Mo Zin , Spa Therapist for a good communication (good english speaking) and sharing about Park Royal Hotel and Myanmar culture in general during the treatement. Will definately recommend my biz partner to choose Park Royal NPT to stay whenever they need to come to NPT. Keep up the good services

We went there during holidays and spend time with family. Nice view, beautiful swimming pool and good service. Having HiTea beside swimming pool is great, getting good F&B service , warming service by Aye Thandar & Yamin. Very relaxing time and we’ll visit there again.

Very good food and room service. Staff are excellent. Rooms are clean. Front desk is very cordial. Restaurant is good and clean. Food is excellent. We took Japanese food and the amount and taste were very good. I recommend visit to Hotel Park Royal, Naypyitaw.
