Only if you’re desperate
Had to speak to 5 different people to get an answer about early check in. Everything was broken, including the microwave. All of the complimentary dishes were dirty. Trash in the hallways and everywhere outside. Fire alarm randomly going off late at night with no urgency to turn it off. Would never stay here again.

Checked out after our first day. Room was dirty, curtain ripped, hallway and rooms smelled bad. We found food in our fridge, I told the front desk and got a garbage bag and placed the food in it and put it outside our room. When management came the next day they told me I have no proof of the food being in the Fridge.
I use to love staying at this property but it went straight down hill.

Basic, cheap, easy, good
Let's not kid ourselves: this is not a luxury hotel, it's a relatively cheap place to stay and I chose it specifically because it had a kitchen and I was in town working for a few days.
Arrived to find no appliances or utilities at all in the kitchen but learned that you need to ask for them in reception. Staff was more than helpful with any requests.
The place is a bit run down to some degree, bed was very basic, other aspects too, and you will likely feel a whiff of **** now and then, but I slept well and put the kitchen to good use. It's cheap, it's not perfect, but staff truly make up for it. I got the feeling that some guests live there on a semi-permanent basis, even got some basic advise from neighbors.
Mostly black people. If you've got a problem with that...what the hell are you doing in Atlanta? ;)

There was a group in the parking lot screamingat each other and people hanging in the doorway to watch, ant covered old chicken wings on the ground at the entrance, curtains and dust ruffle stained with who knows what...

The EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional assistant manager of this motel canceled my reservation without telling me and without reason. I traveled two hundred miles only to find this HORRIBLE MOTEL refuses to honor EXPEDIA’S CONFIRMATIONS. The hotels smells like an open sewer too and is FILTHY. ******* should REFUSE to advertise this property and anyone who tries to stay in this DUMP is crazy.
