It's always been a great location for the wine festival in recent years. This year, it's shocking why almost all of the restaurant staff are so unfriendly. Tried it several times (lunch, coffee time) - crazy how a hotel can still afford that these days. Stay away.

Lovely hotel with all the facilities you might need. Rooms we spacious, clean and fresh. Pillows were flat! Had to ask for a firm pillow which was like sleeping on stone. Quite pricey and they do love to charge for extras such as electricity! We found parking to be a challenge as there wasn't enough spaces for all the guest over the weekend but it was pretty empty in the week. Not sure if I would stay again as there are better value hotels in close proximity, but it was a comfortable stay all the same.

Not quite at the level it needs to be given the fairly high price for the location. Water in the gym was empty for the whole duration of my stay, also no aircon in the gym even though it get’s very warm in the building in general. Service at the breakfast is suboptimal, very inexperienced staff, had to ask three times for my order and took over 30 mins to arrive, service not very attentive in general during breakfast but excellent for dinner service. Room get’s very warm and aircon is very loud, causes difficulties to sleep at night. For me not quite the value you would expect at the price point.

I have been traveling for business in the south/west of Germany for 6 years now. However my visit at Kaisergarten was my first stay ever, where I really felt that I need to pass on my experience to other. 1: There are NO parking places in the near surroundings of the Hotel. Meaning that: you will end up paying the hotel € 9,- per night for parking your car either in the cellar or on a field nearby the hotel. 2: The attitude and customer-friendliness at the reception, is very similar to the front desk at the car rental in the airport, when picking up a pre-paid-car. This was my first and last stay at Kaisergarten.

A crooked building, modernized old stock with a fantastic garden, a small SPA and small relaxation rooms. Rooms are clean, updated but a bit dated. It's a matter of taste. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is plentiful and of high quality. Unfortunately, there were telephone and internet problems during our stay, the air conditioning did not keep the temperature. And honestly: 9.90 per day for an unguarded, covered parking space. Already overkill for our little cambio city car fiesta between the big black Executive Porsches, BMWs and SUVs of all brands. All in all too expensive for the offer, but that's probably the case in Deidesheim.

Ein Hotel in absoluter Top- Lage! Tolles Ambiente, schönes Design und netter Service. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Eierstation, die schnell arbeitet und besonders leckere Ei- Spezialitäten zaubert.

Die Zimmer sind schön. Dass das Licht im Bad nur von außen bedient werden kann ist nervig, weil der Lichtschein direkt aufs Bett scheint. Die Saunalandschaft ist recht klein. Frühstück ist gut, das Essen im Riva ist bezogen auf die Leistung deutlich zu teuer.
