整體還算滿意，攜程的春節期間補貼以後價格很划算，比華住會合適。
房間煙味很大，洗手間入住以後發現沒有衞生紙，另外沐浴液和洗髮水瓶子都已經見底了，還是請管理層重視一下細節，值得肯定的是衞生還算滿意，設備設施也比較好。

很寬敞，早飯非常好，很大。停車非常方便，都是停車場，前台也很熱情。主動給我贈送早餐，開發票也方便。也很安靜晚上。

到的比較晚，前台服務小姐姐還特意打電話確認一下
華住會旗下酒店，服務和設施該有的都有，就是訂的兩間房，一間熱水不好用，一間像是沒打掃好的，衞生間地板很臟

跟朋友定了個鐘點房，環境很好，沒有異味。而且前台小姐姐的服務態度也十分不錯，對於休息是一個不錯的選擇。

隨便定的一個酒店，但是總體效果感覺非常好！具體如下：
1、服務態度熱情有禮。前台小姐姐温柔有親和力，從辦理入住到退房都微笑服務，退房還送了瓶水。
2、酒店位置優越便利。離西站很近，打車8分鐘就能到。
3、努力解決客户需求。着急趕車，店長和前台小姐姐幫我打電話叫車，解決交通問題；早餐會有專人定時送到房間，節約時間成本；前台幫忙打印材料，材料多且雜，全程耐心禮貌，時間長會跟客户講不好意思久等了。
4、房間寬敞設施完善。房間床品乾淨整潔，窗户大且明亮，晚上基本安靜，衞生間鏡子很大，雙重門鎖保障安全。
整體的感覺就像五月的德惠一樣，温暖愜意，如沐春風！
