After asking, the person who handled it before found out that the previous person didn't transfer the information in the system and didn't tell her what to do. What! The second person's attitude and work efficiency were okay, and she got it done right away. However, the room was still wrong when she finally checked in. It was the first person who made the mistake again. I reminded her twice that those with children need a parent-child room. , I don’t know anything about my business level or my ability to guide customers! ! As soon as I entered the room, I found water on the bathroom floor. I asked the waiter to deal with it. She said that this room would leak (room number 1913). Nice hotel, there is a large-scale barbecue food stall night market in Dehua. Parking is super convenient and there is a big square. The room decoration is very artistic. Although the breakfast is simple, there is a noodles paste fritter that I like.

The room was clean and the smart toilet was very comfortable. The cooling and air conditioning is very powerful, there is a refrigerator, and there are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot. There are restaurants and convenience stores around. Very close to Wanda, opposite to Heath Live City. Breakfast is Chinese and Western, children love cakes, coffee milk, and a small amount of fruit.

Living in ”Fumei”, warm as home! There is such a laid-back and elegant old house in a country village, what my heart wants! The proprietress is warm and hospitable, the exquisite afternoon tea, the seedlings in the field, and a leisurely afternoon; the farmhouse delicacies are mouth-watering!

The room is large, the lake view is very beautiful, and the breakfast is quite good. What I want to complain about is the service. I don’t have children’s spare parts. I have to have an extra quilt and no sheets. I negotiated with the front desk the next morning to check out a little later. Because my mother did not go climbing, I wanted the elderly to rest in the room for a while. I was very bluntly rejected by the front desk. Although it is understandable that it is indeed difficult to fill the National Day room, but I have lived in so many hotels in the country, it is really the first time to feel this kind of humane service without standing in the customer's perspective. If I consult, there is no way to check out late. Where can the old man go when we climb down the mountain, the answer at the front desk is that this is not what their hotel should consider, it is what we should consider.

Once you arrive at the hotel, there will be a sense of loss, especially the parking lot on the land, and the restaurant full of bad taste, the lobby is also very general, but when you arrive at the room, you feel good again, the facilities are advanced, there is a smart toilet, the mattress is very comfortable, and when you lie down, the fatigue of the journey has dissolved most of it. The biggest problem with sleeping at night, the air conditioner is not air-conditioned, contact customer service to say that the unified central air conditioner is not air-conditioned, this is very speechless, and the window can be opened at night to sleep. The buffet breakfast on the second day was quite rich. I especially liked the German noodles and tea eggs. The children also liked the breakfast here. The overall feeling of the hotel is quite satisfactory, some disappointments and some surprises,  quality is average.
