Hygiene: Very angry. I worked overtime until midnight and was ready to rest. I opened the quilt and saw several hairs and suspected human dandruff, as well as traces of dried body fluids. The pillow clearly showed signs of sleeping. It was disgusting. Service: I called the front desk to change the four-piece set, but was told that the auntie had gone off work and could not change it. I was asked to change to the last dark fire escape. I had been told not to stay in the last room. The front desk had an infuriating attitude and said: I checked in in the afternoon, and it is already very good to change rooms with you now. I suspected that my own hair was on the bed, and I had to check the surveillance. I also said that I would apply for DNA testing for my hair. The attitude was very hard. Otherwise, I would check out. I don’t know what kind of service attitude it is. I was so angry that I couldn’t breathe in the middle of the night. I was asked to bring the four-piece set and change it myself. I was given a set of four-piece sets that should be 1.2 meters for a 1.8-meter bed. I was so upset that I couldn’t put it on the bed at all, so I had to make do with it. After all this, it was more than two o’clock in the middle of the night. It was terrible. The next day at noon, I specifically found the front desk who was taking over the shift to tell me about this matter. He said that he would give me an explanation, but it has been a week and he has not contacted me so far.

Very satisfied, the room is big, clean, and has tea sets. There are many delicious foods nearby, and you can also go to the Chinese Tea Set City to buy bowls and tea sets as souvenirs. We stayed in a parent-child room, and the child's bed was also big, beautiful and soft. There is also a children's area. The adult mattress is very comfortable, not as soft as other hotels. This one is harder at the bottom and has a little cushion on top. It is a perfect mattress for people with bad waists. If I go to Dehua again, I would like to stay in this hotel. The children and the family are very satisfied.
